Problem Note 56845: A case might remain locked after you log off from SAS® Enterprise Case Management
SAS Enterprise Case Management should unlock all objects when you log off. However, a case might incorrectly remain locked when you link another object to a case and then save the case before editing the linked object. For example, the problem might occur when you perform the following steps:
- Open a case.
- Link an incident to a case.
- Click on the incident to open it.
- Click Yes to save the changes to the case.
- Log off.
In this example, the incident is unlocked, but the case might remain locked.
